How much does Salik charge?
Salik’s official annual report publishes this standard schedule, in Dubai time:

How to check and pay Salik fines
- Open the violations service in your Salik account or another official Salik channel.
- Check the plate, crossing date, violation reason and amount payable.
- Resolve registration or balance problems as well as any issued violation.
- Follow the official payment instructions and keep the receipt. Do not assume that topping up automatically cancels a fine already issued.
The official Salik terms provide five working days to remedy an insufficient balance after a crossing. Unregistered vehicles have separate registration and grace-period rules. Check your actual account record rather than assuming a fine is issued for every crossing.
Dubai Salik and Abu Dhabi Darb are separate

Is Salik free on Sundays?
It is not free all Sunday. Under the standard schedule, Sunday crossings cost AED 4 outside the 1am–6am free period, with exceptions for public holidays and major events.
Can I check my balance without an account number?
Use the account-recovery or verification options provided by Salik. Its official support can explain which identifiers are required. This website cannot read your account balance.
Does topping up clear Salik fines?
A top-up and payment of an issued violation are not necessarily the same transaction. Recharging within the relevant grace period may resolve unpaid tolls; check issued violations separately.
