About UAE Fines
We make UAE fines simple to understand and resolve — clearly, accurately and for free.
A UAE-based team
We’re a small group of Emiratis — including a government officer and a serving police officer — who know how confusing fines can be, even for locals.
Built to help
UAE Fines started as a side project to give residents, expats and visitors one clear, free place to understand and resolve fines across all seven emirates.
Grounded in official sources
Every guide is based on official government information and links straight to the portal where you actually check and pay.
How we work
Our editorial standards
- We base our guides on official sources — the Ministry of Interior, RTA, Dubai Police, Abu Dhabi Police, ICP, TAMM and Salik — and link to them directly.
- We review guides when laws or fine amounts change, such as the federal traffic law that took effect in 2025.
- Where amounts vary by emirate or change often (like discounts), we say so and point you to the official portal for the live figure.
- We don’t collect or sell your data, and we don’t ask you to pay anything — fines are always settled on the official government channels.
An informational resource
UAE Fines is an informational website and is not a government body. Our guides are general information, not legal advice — for your specific case, always check and pay through the official portal. If something looks out of date, tell us and we’ll fix it.
